Your mind, mapped. Your path, designed. Your moment, produced.
"Life Experience Designer" is a compound, on purpose. Three fields sit inside it: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, cross-functional User Experience Design, and my original background in Artistic Production Assistance. CBT is the structural half: reading how thoughts, habits, and behaviours reinforce each other, and finding the small intervention that creates real, lasting change. UX Design is the cross-functional half: designing around how a person actually moves through a system, not how you'd like them to. And underneath both sits Artistic Production Assistance: years spent making sure what an audience experiences in a room lands exactly as intended, down to the smallest detail.
Put those three together and you get someone who doesn't hand you a program. I design the experience around you (the movement practice, the training structure, the environment), the way a good production is designed: built around what needs to land, and built around who's actually standing in the room.
So when you ask what a Life Experience Designer does: I build the structure (cognitive, physical, experiential) for you to move through your own life with more intention, less friction, and a great deal more honesty about what you're actually building it for.
"Movement is Life"
Taken as a mantra, "Movement is Life" is my catch-all for two decades spent living abroad, all of it set in motion by dance first catching me on Sint Maarten. Read the full retrospective →
Here's the frank version of what this actually solves: most people who hire me aren't short on self-awareness. They've done the therapy, read the books, sat through the coaching, and none of it gave them a method, just another conversation. I map the real problem, build a working prototype of the change they're after, and test it against their actual life instead of a whiteboard. That structure is what the fee pays for, not more talking.
ALWAYS on BEAT and in the POCKET
"You want to make more money? You like money? Wear a suit." — RuPaul Andre Charles
Pocket holds it all seam, coin, and the steady beat stages fade, clubs call
Club Athleten Club Athleten found me the way most good things in Berlin do, sideways, through someone who knew someone, at an hour when the distinction between "workout" and "night out" had already stopped meaning anything. Their whole premise is the wall I'd spent a decade quietly dismantling in my own life: fitness on one side, club culture on the other, never to touch. Club Athleten touches them constantly, on purpose. Classes built on boxing combinations and powerband work, run inside actual Berlin venues, with a DJ playing an honest-to-god live set instead of a Spotify playlist piped through gym speakers. Sweat first, then the bar. "Sassy workouts, sweaty DJ sets," as they put it, and I remember thinking, well, that's just Tuesday. is a Berlin fitness collective built around one straightforward novelty: boxing-combination and powerband classes staged inside real club venues, with a DJ playing a live set instead of a curated playlist. Training and nightlife, under the same roof, on the same night.
What pulled me in wasn't just the novelty. It was the recognition. Years of styling myself for a door selection had taught me things about a room: how to read its energy, how to move a body through it, how to make forty strangers feel like they'd been let into something rather than sold something. That translates directly onto a training floor. Club Athleten wasn't asking me to leave the dancer at the door. They wanted the choreographer's eye, the DJ-literate ear, the years of floor time, brought inside as instruction rather than performance. Joining their team wasn't a career pivot so much as a rename. I'd been doing some version of this: reading the room, cueing the drop, getting a group of strangers to move as one thing, since the first company I ever joined. It just took a club with a sound system and a squat rack to give it a job title. Some of that same instruction is now available one-on-one: personal training joined the , same eye and same floor time, aimed at one body instead of a room full of strangers.
